STAFF

President: Heidi Jones

I am blessed with the best team in town; their work ethic is unmatched. As the President, it is my job to cast vison, give clear directives, and ensure the team has the tools and support needed to accomplish our mission effectively. Leading is something that I take pride in and a responsibility that I don’t take lightly. It is my desire to see a greater Marion, the “how” we get there is ever evolving, so our team remains on a “continuous improvement model”. My goal is to create a welcoming, solution driven, encouraging environment where members consider us the hub for their business needs. Catalyst Leadership at work for you through advocacy, community planning and development, and member support!

Operations Manager: Kelly Little

Everyone at our office strives to deliver excellence to our members and our community 100% of the time. In order to do that, we strive to stay connected to our members needs which in turn helps us to create educational programing, networking events and so much more. It is my responsibility to ensure that our team has everything they need to be successful, which in turn helps our members and our community to be successful.

Member Relations Coordinator: Tanya Baughman

As Member Relations Coordinator, I work to ensure members are connected, informed, and supported. I help them make the most of their Chamber benefits, find opportunities to collaborate, and celebrate achievements — all to help their organizations and our community thrive.

Administrative Assistant - Cayle Greer

Our Chamber Members stand out in a special way. Because of them, I am inspired to show up each day with passion, understanding, and a love for our community. My role may often be behind the scenes, but it’s deeply connected to the success of our members. You may not always see me at every Ribbon Cutting or Legacy Milestone Celebration, but I’m the one creating your plaque, making sure the team has ribbon ready, and sending invitations so your event can be stress-free and exciting. These details matter, and they’re how I help our Chamber shine. While my title is Administrative Assistant, the impact of my work reaches far beyond my desk. Each project and task I take on contributes to the growth and well-being of Marion. I am committed to doing my part to keep our community strong, relevant, and moving in the right direction.
